Driving while drunk is bad no matter what the situation if you only a few and driving home or going with someone that has been drinking and not saying a thing. Drinking and driving aint just a dangerous way to kill yourself, you can wreck your life and your familys lifes. If you get pulled over for a DWI or DUI you can get your license removed. My dad who happens to be a truck driver was in this liitle predicument he was pulled over for speeding and got arrested for drinking and driving he got a ticket for DWI and would have lost his tucking license and basically he's job, but luckily he got it reduced and was able to keep his license and his job but who know what would have happened if he lost his job.
There are other ways for you to get home safely and not be in any sorts of danger if you happen to be drinking. You can have what we call a DD which is the designated driver, or call a taxi or a friend to come pick you up if they can, or if it's okay with the person throwing the party if it's okay if you spend the night there are ways to avoid drinking and driving safes ways.
